All of our doors comply with the 2006 and 2018 International Energy Code standards, and are Energy Star Compliant. Featuring 4-side weatherstrip jambs, our doors can be bored at any height, and are branded with ThermaBuilt® on the edge, making it easy for building inspectors to verify compliance.
Choose any hinge from our stock selection, and add options such as aluminum sills, ball catches, wood knobs, and counter sunk Neodymium rare earth magnetic catches.
ThermaBuilt® R-5 Insulated Doors
Built from hardboard or birch, choose from flush-cut, angled top, raised panel or double bi-hinge configurations.
ThermaBuilt® R-11 Insulated Doors
Built from hardboard or birch, choose from flush-cut, angled top, or double bi-hinge configurations.
Non-Insulated Particle Core Doors
Built from hardboard or birch, choose from flush-cut, angled top, or double bi-hinge configurations.
Permabuilt® – 100% Virgin PVC
Made from 100% PVC, these doors and jambs come in single or double door configurations, with a maximum width of 40″, and a maximum height of 60″. Featuring a smooth or routed profile and 3 or 4 side jambs, these doors are available with PVC brick mold (which is shipped loose). Please note that these doors must be painted with standard latex paint.
Permabuilt® – 100% No-Rot Fiberglass
Made from 100% fiberglass, these doors and jambs come in single or double door configurations. Featuring exterior grade hinges, aluminum sills, and 3 or 4 side jambs, these doors are available with PVC brick mold (which is shipped loose). Please note that these doors must be painted with standard latex paint. Contact us for sizes.
